The short version
Halftime Helium is a balloon arch puzzle game that works completely offline. We do not collect, store on servers, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. Everything the game remembers stays on your own device.

What stays on your device

None of this is transmitted to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes it all. You can also erase it at any time in Settings → Reset all progress.
Camera and photos
If you choose to, you can take a photo with the camera or pick one from your photo library to use as a backdrop in the Garden. The camera is only requested at the moment you tap Camera. Photo picking uses the system picker, so the app only receives the single photo you select. Photos are resized and kept inside the app on your device; they are never uploaded. Saving a design image to your library happens only when you choose it in the share sheet.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the game schedules local notifications on your device (a daily arch reminder and a gentle comeback reminder). They are created on the device itself; no push service or server is involved, and no device token is collected.
Web pages
The privacy policy and support pages open inside the app in a web view with a non-persistent session. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security, as any website does. We do not use them to identify you.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on our side. All data lives on your device and is under your control. This applies to users everywhere, including under GDPR and CCPA.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions? Visit the support page.
